Suburban Propane

I bought my townhome in 2021 and the previous homeowner canceled her service with Suburban Propane. Her son had to help her cancel and the Customer Service center was very rude to him. It took a month for them to come and remove the Propane tank. It is now 2023 and they keep coming to fill a tank that was removed 2 years ago. There seems to be a lack of communication between thier people in the office and people out in the field. Or they do not bother to update thier system.
