I bought a 2013 Buick encore and the day after I bought it it had to go in the shop it was in the shop for 10 days and then I got it back it didn't seem like it was working well but I kept it for five days and then I had to take it back to the shop. I have been at home going on my third day without a vehicle because the only rental car company that silver rock uses is enterprise and they have not had a car available... as of today I am still within my 30 days of purchasing it and they will not replace the car and give me one that works. What are my options?
