Order ticket clearly shows 'Ranch Dipping Sauce'. None was included. Issue is not with the counter person, but with the kitchen and/or order assembler(s).

I even asked when the item was placed on the counter was the Ranch Sauce included and was assured it was. Then no sauce.

Its not a big thing, but lack of Quality Control is a big thing. If the order is not complete gives cause to wonder what else is wrong.
