Popeyes Location 10969: The order was placed at 4:21 on 07/11/2023, order # 83, at the drive-through. The attendant told me they would bring my order to my car. I saw a car pull out while I waiting. After 36 minutes I went into the store to see what was happening. I was informed that the chicken would be ready in one more minute. How can it take this much time to cook chicken? The same thing happened to me recently at this location. We love your product but the customer service at this location is awful.
