Whataburger - Burger, fries, onion rings

The burger was cold, the bottom of the bun was covered in white stuff resembling mold. the fries (and especially onion rings) tasted so bad, like the oil were never ever changed. I've had a heartburn for a day after having it (I ordered half fries, half rings, could not even finish them).

Also, I was overcharged by 2.13 for my order. I spoke to a manager, got reimbursed.

Desired outcome: Just want nobody get sick after having a meal at this location. Maybe FDA inspection should be in order - people might literally die.
