We purchased a gift card promotion during December 2019. At the time of the purchase, I was told i was paying for 3 - one hour massages and I would get a fourth one free. Today 1/21/2020 I am trying to make an appointment for a massage and i am now being told that since I was a former member the massage will not be $60.00 like i was led to believe but it will now cost me $119.00.
This is false advertisement and misleading the consumer. The details can not change after the purchase is made. IF this is true, this should have been spoken up front, not after the purchase was made.
I would like someone from Massage Heights to contact me thru email. [protected]@comcast.net
