Domino's Pizza - unfair scheduling and incompetent managers

The manager that makes the schedule cares nothing about the employees availability. She has made my husband close every day he has worked since July 28, 2011. Also she just tells him that hes going to cover for other people because she can. She is a total b and i want to know if i call the corporate office if anything might be done about it. Any suggestions
