Albertsons

I had a pick up order placed last night for today at 11:00 am this morning. I arrived at 11:39 and call the pick up line 903 619 0174. She said my order wasn't ready, she was running behind. It is now 12:15 and I am still sitting here. I could see a few minutes but this is inexcusable! I have other choice, even walmart is prompt! Ugh! Brookshires is wonderful! You actually pay these people for poor customer service! Bad news travels fast! I will never give you people another penny of my hard earned money!
