I provided the Whataburger employee the QR code from my app to use for the honey butter chicken biscuit and she refused it. She literally argued with me but never provided a reason as to why I could not use it. She just kept repeating herself saying that their location would not accept it. Then she continued to call the manager who also argued with me and refused to accept my QR code. This is very upsetting especially to the fact that they failed to attempt to scan the QR code. I rack up points for a reason and just to be told it is not acceptable if frustrating.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate it if Whataburger would provide the locations that do not accept the QR codes from THEIR app or train your employees again. I would like a response back. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

Whataburger - Order
Went to a What A Burger in Houston #134 444 W little York Houston, Texas 77076 and place an order at outside box. I Ordered two (2) # 1 Combos and driving off I notice that there were no French Fries. I stopped and went back to talk to employees working in the Drive Thru and complaint about it. They told me they only come with a combo. I was told that if I needed Fries I had to pay for them because this is how they do business I told them that I ordered two COMBOS with two ROOT BEERS and I asked to talk to a Manager. I told her what the young employee told me and that time she said (I will get you the Fries free) This is not the only time that this has happen to me at this location.
Immediately contact Whataburger’s corporate customer service, explaining the situation and providing details about the location, date, and your QR code issue. Mention that both the employee and manager refused to even attempt scanning the code, which is unacceptable. Request clarification on why your QR code wasn’t accepted and ask for compensation for the points you tried to use. If they don’t respond, consider posting your experience on social media or review platforms to gain attention and push for resolution. Keep your app and QR code details handy for reference.
