Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered food to go for curbside at 3:58pm on 12/28/2021. I waited inside until 4:37pm and complained to the manager. Shortly after that I received my order without a verbal apology from management. I did ask for the managers names which were Karet, and Jade. It was very unorganized, unprofessional, and unclean. Also, I asked the server why weren't anyone wearing hair nets while working around food, and he replied "I'm not sure".
