Whataburger

My burger was really Burnt and black so I asked for it to be replaced and they asked me for a receipt I said I said I had just come from the drive thru and didn't have one, so they told me their was nothing they could do and the brown shirt lady said next time I need to being a receipt if I want my food exchanged but I never got one at the drive thru and hadn't even left the establishment, , the one names Shanunti asked me to leave and I did with my burnt burger, , ,
