Auntie Anne's

Today I went to aunties Anne’s in the Hulen mall. I got horrible service. 2 employees were very disrespectful. They were making fun of my mom as in she didn’t know how to order. They threw her pretzels on the counter after we asked for cups that had more because they had a lot less that the other cups. They threw the cup that we returned. They also wouldn’t speak up. They would say the total or they didn’t have change and we would only hear mumbles. They were being racist at us by pointing and mumbling to each other. They cussed at us. I asked to talk to the manager and another man who was there said he was the manager but he was clearly not. I am so disappointed of this situation, I will never purchase from that location any more.
