RaceTrac - gas

We need to file a claim. We have documentation that the gas we purchased for our boat on Sunday, April 21, 2019 was bad gas and had water in it. This caused our boat to not work when we took it out after filling up our boat. Plano Marine has the documentation needed for this claim. This caused my family and children to almost drown and cause much damage to our boat. I need a contact number of who I need to speak with and file a claim. Please send me this information ASAP.
