I was booked an appointment with Sara. She was really rude on the phone and was talking to someone else while she was on the phone with me. I find that very unprofessional and I felt like she didn't care about the customer. I booked a deep tissue massage with trigger point. She said she had me booked for a deep tissue with trigger point. I go in for my massage the next day, I was told that I didn't have an appointment. They called the Uptown and Casa Linda locations and they didn't have an appointment for me either. I told the front desk that I called this location and I spoke with Sara. I asked if they had a Sara there. They told me yes and it was the manager. Its really disappointing that a manager can't even book an appointment so who do I complain to about my problem. There also wasn't a manager on duty but the front desk was really nice. They were very helpful and they also apologized for Sara's mistake. However I am very disappointed with Sara which happens to be a manager and her lacks of skills. I never got my massage and I probably return to that location because of her.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I signed up for the membership at the West Village location but now I go to the Massage Envy Old Town location (my therapist there rocks!). I'm usually in their facility at least 3 times a month and Sara is always so friendly, attentive, thorough with my needs. In fact, when I come in and see that she is there I immediately go to her because I know that she knows me, that I like to check out early, and always reminds me about scheduling my next appointment (because I'll forget and the person that I see is quite popular). I've only had good experiences at Massage Envy Old Town.
