InTown Suites - I was kicked out of my room
My room had bed bugs in it. Intown Suites rarely cleaned my room in the three months I stayed their and they completely stopped cleaning my room and changing my sheets the last month I was their. I was never told their was a problem with my room until I was paying for room and was told I had to leave. When i was leaving the clerk Justin Bolin made the comment that maybe i got the bed bugs on me on the bus.

If a bed bug issue occurs in a guest room, we must address the matter as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience to the guest. Once the existence of bed bugs is verified, we will refund the current week’s charges. Unfortunately, bed bugs can be moved from place-to-place easily. To ensure that bugs are not transferred to other locations, the guest is not allowed to remain on the property. We apologize for the inconvenience this concern has caused you.
