Extra Space Storage

I was send a TEXT (no call) about my storages being open. (I wasn’t notified my lock was broken) until I went to check weeks later.

The manager said “ he didn’t know what he was looking for but I’m missing 3 totes out of the 4 big totes that were in there”

The manager claims there are glitches in the cameras and didn’t find nobody to walk in or out.

I’m so mad that I’m misssing $100 of clothes $100 toys $1000 necklaces. Work stuff I had just stored...

I got no help at finding out who walked in and out. And the complaint keeps raising prices but our storage is not secured. And cameras glitch? This can’t be right!
