I reserved a handicap room and when I went into the room the bed was extremely high. Due to my disability I cannot get into a bed that high. I spoke to the people at the front desk and asked if they had another room with a lower bed. They humiliated me by laughing at me. The person said that all the beds were the same. I have to now sleep in the chair in the room which is going to cause me to have a lot of pain in the morning. This is a horrible hotel. This is not a handicap accessible hotel, and I would recommend anyone who is visiting amarillo, tx who has a handicap not stay here!
