I ordered a order for pick-up to this location at 6:13 pm on Sunday, Sep 22. I have pictures of the confirmation email (attached) that said the two meals would be ready for pick up at 6:25 pm. (Order #[protected]). When we arrived at the restaurant at 6:25 the waitress Gabby told us it would be 30 minutes before we got our food. We then waited inside with countless others for our order and didn't receive our food until 7:12 pm. I would like some sort of refund and/order gift card to make up for this. Thank you!
