La Quinta Inns & Suites - Room

Very dark and run down room. Bug on soap dish, toilet seat was falling off which they did repaired. The exhaust fan was burned up and wasn't working. Mutiple pieces of trim missing around mirror, rusty chips on tub. Shower ceiling has evidence of water leak. Ceiling to give way soon.

There was confrontation with housekeeping in hotel lobby.

This hotel needs lots of TLC.

Desired outcome: Reimbursed for such an awful room. Oh, please note when I called hotel direct, they want $261.00 for the same room. Thats sad.....Next time I will take photos.
