Spirit Halloween - Gremlin 0-6 month costume
We ordered a Gremlin costume for our baby girls first Halloween and the head was missing. When we tried to go exchange it they told us that we could not, so we asked them could we get the head that was supposed to come with the freaking costume and they said they don't have anymore. We cannot even get a refund. They are very unprofessional and tell people not to open the bag to check if all the parts are there until you buy it. Which is so freaking backwards cause we cannot exchange it nor get a refund. So my daughter no costume
