Citizens Bank

I Chave a checking Account with Citizen's, Garfield Plaza, Cranston RI.

The manager is Jennifer Camilo. She is a terribly immature manager. I h ave asked for her to provide me with change several times and she insists that she can't because there reserve is short. I am not that stupid. Banks do not run out of change. Also, the ATM machine is broken all the time or she claims it is and one cannot deposit or take out money.

I have not had a problem in Providence. Although the tellar wants to cover by saying that sometimes they are short of quarters.

It is insulting to be treated the way this girl treats customers. She is an unladylike "girl" who should not be in management.
