Pollo Tropical - Food quality

Yesterday february 24 went to pollo tropical what a bad experience the mofongo with churrasco the worst I have ever had awful. Two orders, and the 1/4 chicken special it was not made on the grill it was mushy bale way over cooked and the french fries were old and wrinkle for been too old jus a very bad experience overall.
I am a good customer of pollo tropical had lunch at pollo tropical for 4 month every day at osceola and buenaventura in kissimmee and never had a bad item.
