Rite Aid - pharmacy

I reported about a month ago about the pharmacist being a rude, pompous jerk. Now he was rude tonight to my mom too! She came home very frazzled by the rudeness of your pharmacist. She was doing me a favor to get my medication. I sent in a refill early this morning and your system said it would be ready at 12pm. My mom didn't go until 7:28pm and not only was it still not ready, but your employee was very rude AGAIN. Please do something about this!
