Liberty Mutual Insurance

I've been a customer of Liberty Mutual for the past 11 years. My home and vehicles were all bundled. This spring, I cancelled the insurance on my motorcycle. I was told that I still owed $30 and would receive a bill in the mail. I didn't receive a bill, and didn't think about it again. Today I got a notice from a collection agency for $30. Instead of calling me, texting me or emailing me, they turned it over to a collection agency. My credit rating now stands in ruin over $30. Thanks a lot Liberty Mutual. I know I'm small potato's and you won't miss my business however, if you do this to your other customers, you eventually will.
