I witnessed very poor customer service by a cashier towards an elderly lady in front of me at checkout. Her name is Michelle, on 2/27/2020 @ 18:20:14, at which time there cashier SHOVED this lady's groceries on the belt backwards, popping open a container of fruit, then stated "you need to leave about this much room between orders!" This lady in front of me had separated her order from the previous customers order with one of the plastic sticks that are used for this purpose. This customer looked at me with a stunned look, paid for her groceries and left. WOW! This is completely unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from the staff. Perhaps educate her on customer service and definitely on being a professional! The staff's picture is below.
