Arby's - Food quality

I ordered a Classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries w/cheese sauce.

The top bun was burned as if it was left under a heat lamp too long.

The curly fries were also very over done and there were no actual curly fries, just little bits of fry pieces not even big enough to dip in the cheese sauce.

The only flavor I could taste was grease.

Desired outcome: Please refund
