Starbucks - 16oz starbucks insulated decanters

Hello,

I purchased 2 coffee mugs from one of the Watertown, NY Starbucks locations totaling over $60. In less than a month the lids clasps on both broke not closing any more. The store and customer service refuse to replace the lids. I expected more from Starbucks due to their supposed reputation and the price point of the product. The product is garbage. I'm done with Starbucks!
