I booked a round trip ticket to Morocco this morning.Due to work reason, I won't be able to do the trip anymore.
After some research, it's clear to me that all sites are required by the department of transportation to allow free cancellations or fare holds for 24 hours. And I booked my flight less than 12 hours ago. I contacted the customer service.
They wouldn't give me a refund and were super rude about it.After this shocking experience, I really advise everybody to not use cheapoair
