Since COVID 19, the way to go is order thru the star bucks app. Most of the time it is a hit and miss whoever makes the drinks

Today I ordered a Grande Coffee with 3 sugar in the raw, extra splash of whole milk with light cinnamon
I was too far gone to go back to the store and return it.

The coffee was cold mind you I picked it up when the barista put it in the holding area
It was more milk as in light coffee who knows it could have been half n half
I just could not drink it
