RIU Hotels & Resorts - No water

I stayed in RIU Plaza Times Square on Friday, April 2nd and there was first no water after a few minutes water started to come dirty like a coffee. I want you help with this it can't be possible I paid to enjoy the night in that hotel. They told us first water is coming in 1h but it didn't it came around 2 am. And 6am there wasn't water again.

Desired outcome: Refund or another night
