Old Navy

Hi,
I bought the Stars and Stripes flip-flops in one of the Old Navy Outlets in New York for Independence day in 2021. The outer layer of the stars and stripes from the slippers started to peel off in one use which is very disappointing. The slippers began to look old and lost the charm. I am disappointed because I could not even wear them in proper form for Independence day. I am a regular user of Old Navy products, it is disheartening to notice such poor quality product. I am attaching the before and after pics, would appreciate if you can take some corrective actions. Can something be done about it?
