H&R Block / HRB Digital - mistake on tax return back to 2014

My preparer only allowed me to use 1098T form once ( 2013) and after that said I was not eligible. They are at fault for each year I missed. This past year my new preparer highlighted the issue.

I want to be reimbursed for every single year I am owed and if the IRS doesn't refund me I want H and R block to refund me.

I took out the insurance every year and have been a client for over a decade.
