I went into the branch on 1/31/2020 between 10.00 and 11.00 and a old white male bank teller told me " that's a male prostitute. The banks tellers at that lockport ny location are always very rude. I am not a male prostitute. I am a customer. The employee needs to disaplined for his actions. He has showed a customer very poor customer service. The branch should start montioring the bank tellers interaction with the customers by asking for customer feedback on how good there service was at the bank they visited
