Penske Truck Rental

A part in my engine needed to be fixed to stop the check engine light from coming on and truck shutting off an EGR coolant I believe it's called. I was told this would be a 6 hour job after the part is order. This was Tuesday at 7pm. Here it is 12pm Saturday. My truck hasn't even been started. No one called me to update me that the part still wasn't there. Nothing has been done. I'm more than upset and sad and frustrated all at the same time. Especially since this location is over an hour away from me with traffic and tolls.
