Rite Aid

When making a purchase at rite aid store #10808, cashier #[protected], 98 cents was added to my bill; when questioning it; the cashier said I signed up for kid cents contribution which I did not. I asked him to take this off & he said you had to make another purchase to do that & said I could buy a caramel for 37 cents, so I gave him the 37cents, expecting to get my 98 cents back & he told me the 1 caramel was $1.37 & I still wasn't getting the 98 cents back. He was also very rude. I left the caramel & won't be returning to rite aid, even though I've been going there for 40 years.
