The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Chegg - unauthorized charge.

I did not order anything from this place. Never heard from it. I would like it removed immediately. Now I have to go to the bank to have a new card for me to use. In the mean time this is a real hardship for me as I use my debit/credit card for most of everything. Thank you. Please give me the courtesy of a quick reply.
