On Mon., July 17, 2023 I stopped at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that I was told was ready, and when I got there, it was not ready. They told me they could fill it but it would take about 30 mins. before it would be ready. I told them to fill it and I would be back later. I went back on July 19th, and it still was not ready.

This is not the first time we went to pick up scripts we were told were ready and they were not.

We left CVS due to other problems and I hope they can rectify the situation of sending out notices that scripts are ready and they are not.
