Food Lion

I went into food lion to get a case of water, upon entering decided to use restroom, after doing so as I’m headed to get the water I’m walking the next thing I know I’m up in the air and coming down on my backside! I fell so hard hitting my head on the floor and knocking over a display, a customer ran to get the manager which was very rude, she stated “ What do you want me to do?” The witness/ customer saw the whole thing, apparently I was briefly knocked unconscious cs I was asking the customer what happened she said “ you just slipped in that huge puddle of milk and fell, I’m more concerned about your head due to how hard you hit it” I couldn’t even move at the moment my leg and hip (that has a full replacement) was hurting so bad from falling onto it! I had to be seen in the ER due to me not even being able to walk as the day progressed!
