To whom this may concern, my name is Cynthia Smith an I'm contacting you all because on May 13 I made a purchase in store #397 in Southaven Ms using my on personal credit card to obtain the items that I had in hand in return my card was double charged for those items i in return contacted the district manager sent a copy of my statement to her an agreed that my card was changed twice and she would have my card refunded but she never did I tried several times again to contact Ms Renesha but couldn't get her an all I need to know is what other steps do I need to take to get this matter resolved
