Popeyes - Spicy chicken sandwich under cooked

Ordered #1 combo at Popeyes # 4692 Drive through Holly Springs, MS. After waiting 20 minutes received my order and left. Got home and bit into the sandwich and what a surprise. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly. The meat was essentially raw. This occurred on September 27, 2023, at 3:15 PM.
