Academy Bank

On 11/7/19 I attempted to withdraw money from one of their atms and my card got stuck so my money NEVER dispensed and the entire atm shutdown. I took pictures and waited. The atm did eventually come back up but it had removed my funds from my account even though they never came out. The next day I tried to Followup with the branch but was referred back to the card distributor even though it was only a prepaid card. I'm a single mother and don't just have 300.00 laying around. It's now been a week and I still don't have my money! NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING!
