I've had to bring paint back to the store 3 times because the paint wasn't shaken. The color pigment was added but then not mixed. The last time I had to drive back, I asked the sales person to please pop the lid so I could make sure that the pigment wasn't all in the rim as that had happened the previous time. He was rude and unapologetic treating me as if I was inconveniencing him. I will take my business elsewhere due to his poor customer service. I've always loved Sherwin's products but 3 strikes, you're out!
