Central Portfolio Control

I received a collection notice from this company saying I owed over $1600.00 for a furniture rental company I have never rented anything from anywhere, Funny thing when I called they said the debt was from 2004 which is 9 years old, They also could not give me any info on what address or any of my personal info such as social security number to prove they had the right person!They are just pulling names out of the phone book or off the internet!
