I purchased a mattress about 18 month ago. The one side is completely caved in. I had a service tech out and he said not covered. When I called the service center they state "it is from sitting on the edge of the bed" serously how else do you get in and out of the bed. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Jennifer was awful and very disrespectful. Told me that beds were not meant to be sat on. All I could do was laugh. I spent $2000 on a mattress and now it is defect and they are telling me it is because we sat on the edge of our bed. Unbelievable. I will never buy or shop at art van again. And I will be posting on every social media sight as well. You guys are a disgrace and your management staff is awful
