Sun Tan City - Unethical behavior

Well I canceled my membership months ago and of course there is no record. As you can see when looking at my records I have not tanned for months however they are still charging me. I am NOT happy with this franchise at all. I have contacted someone and canceled my membership once again hopefully this time it is canceled and I wont be charged. I would like some sort of a refund for all of the charges.
