Sun Tan City

I am writings in regard to my account that was frozen. I was trying to get a refund for the money I had paid since the account had been frozen. I was told that I couldn't get a refund and that I would have to buy their products or to tan to use up the money.
I have been paying on the freeze and now I am told that I would only get my money back through having to buy their products or tanning.
I went to the store because that's what they said I had to do. I get to the store and they tell me that they can't give money refunds.
This is ridiculous!
