The Cheesecake Factory - I received very poor service from the cheesecake factory.

Me and my daughter arrived at the cheesecake factory at 10:26 am at 11:20 am we still had not received our meals, but 20-25 minutes later two people were seated in a booth adjacent to our they were waited on by the same waitress and received there meals fifteen minutes later. When our meals arrived my pancakes were burned and the entire meal was cold.
