I had gotten a unit from the Shrewsbury St Worcester Ma location on July 31.

August 1st tried to bring stuff to my unit. Elevators weren't working. Called few days later and still not working. I went in on Aug 5th still nothing. On that day I cancelled unit. I need it now. This facility should not be running. It has no office and phone lines. In my opinion until final inspection is done it shouldn't be operating. So now I am trying to find out how to get what ever monies are due back and make sure the acct is actually closed.
