TripAdvisor - Vantage worldwide travel

Vantage cancelled our cruise on the Rhine River to depart on May 17, 2020.
The cancellation date was April 1. Today is May 31. We have not received our refund. This is in defiance of theMa. state law which requires them to refund our money in 30 days. We have contacted them innumerable times to no avail.
