Republic Services

Beginning the week of February 4th, 2019, Republic Trash Services has failed to collect our residential recycling for going on 6 weeks now. After numerous calls to customer service with promised solutions that have not worked including rescheduled pick-ups, escalated complaint levels, and assured returned calls from supervisors which never happened, I am lodging this complaint with the hope of some form of resolution prior to submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as termination of their services. As a paying customer, I believe I have been more than patient with this issue. I would not recommend the services of this company in my area going forward.
